Staying busy with 3 kids. Baseball and softball rule any after work time. My children said that laundry was my hobby. :)

Homemade meatloaf with mashed potatoes and green peas.

I ran 3 half marathons in 6 weeks.

What's your favorite part of your Envolve day?

Building relationships with coworkers.

What's one of your favorite Envolve memories?

Most of my favorite memories have been at the annual conferences. I love how everyone comes together and is able to let the worries of our jobs go for a day or two.

How do you make a Envolve difference?

I can easily make a difference by stopping and putting myself in an employee's shoes. In my position, most feel that HR can be very negative because they associate it with termination. However, HR is so much more than that. We are the 'people people' and we have to know how to deal with difficult situations and take each one with an open mind.

Hunting and fishing.

"See food" – When I see food, I eat it!

I get emotional at Hallmark commercials. (HA!)

1970s-themed conference celebrating the 30th year anniversary.

Collaborating internally and externally as an effort to show Accounting Cares.

I'm able to stay cool and calm when the heat is on and attitudes arise.

When I'm able to tackle most of the tasks of the day.

Hay rides and roasting marshmallows on open fire pits.

The first time I went to the Manager's Conference at the casino in Mississippi.

I try to be cheerful and upbeat every day so that my coworkers and tenants always leave the office in a good mood.

I love people and making them laugh.

Never a boring day!

The first time that I won Envolve's Manager of the Year.

Accountability, reliability, honesty and integrity.

What are some of your hobbies?

Playing table shuffleboard with friends, game night with friends & family, and hosting family events at my home.

What's your favorite food?

Mexican and Italian.

What's an interesting "fun fact" about yourself?

I mentioned one of my hobbies was playing shuffleboard. If I say so myself (and others concur), I'm a pretty good player (at times) and have even won (money) in tournaments amongst friends.

What's your favorite part of your Envolve day?

Working with my fellow employees as there is a great group of people who work in the corporate office.

What's one of your favorite Envolve memories?

Running into Scott Ledbetter, Steve Rudesill and Bryson Randolph talking in the hallway of the offices on Thousand Oaks. Even though I had been with Envolve for 19 years at that time, the company had grown so much, that you think you get lost in the shuffle; especially since I worked in the "Condo Division." All three spoke to me and acknowledged that they knew I had been with the company for a long time and thanked me for the job I do. That kind gesture of acknowledging me made my day.

How do you make a Envolve difference?

My commitment to Envolve and long-term relationships with board members and homeowners has given me a reputation that we do care, are trustworthy, and want to do the best job for our clients.

What are some of your hobbies?

Reading, spending time with family, and homesteading/raising goats and chickens.

Seafood.

What's an interesting "fun fact" about yourself?

I'm raising baby goats on a small farm.

What's your favorite part of your Envolve day?

Anytime I get an opportunity to spend time training with my team.

What's one of your favorite Envolve memories?

At the Managers Conference in 2009, not only was I awarded the Corporate Employee of the Year award, but both my managers, Thelma Saddler and Sarah Tate, were awarded Property Manager of the Year for under and over 200 units.

How do you make a Envolve difference?

I believe that I make a difference by keeping my team grounded and always acting as a team, not just in operations but also accounting and compliance. We are in this together.

Love to model in my free time.

Getting zero delinquency in December with a cast on my left broken ankle.

What are some of your hobbies?

I enjoy reading historical novels, being outside (when the weather cooperates) and love motorcycle riding with my husband and friends.

What's your favorite food?

I have always loved any kind of pasta being from an Italian family. Had to cut the carbs, so it is lean meats and proteins, especially deer meat. Married into a hunting family, so nothing is wasted.

What's an interesting "fun fact" about yourself?

First ever motorcycle trip I took with my husband was what bikers call a "Steak Ride". This ride took us all the way to Rockville, IN. Rode the back roads where there are still small roads that have covered wooden bridges. One of the many beautiful places in our country.

What's your favorite part of your Envolve day?

Occasionally I get a random call and the person says "I am so glad someone answered the phone"...

What's one of your favorite Envolve memories?

I've been here so long I probably have forgotten the best ones. I think I can say receiving my 25 year of service award. Very proud to be able to share with new people how long I have been with Envolve.
